Thursday evening, September 7th Cocktail Reception

* The opening event for the 4 days at Colonial Williamsburg began with an outdoor reception at the Colonial Williamsburg Lodge (venue welcome sign pictured above right).

* Pictured (below right) is NCCOC 1st VP, and incoming 2018-2019 Council President, CAPT David Lee enjoying his choice of libation from the open bar that was a part of the celebration.
