North Carolina Council of Chapters 3rd Quarterly Meeting

* The 3rd Quarterly meeting of the North Carolina Council of Chapters was hosted by the High Country Chapter, Maj Robert Gibbard (President), at the Meadowbrook Inn and Suites, Blowing Rock, NC.
* The evening dinner on Friday, August 12, 2016 was an exceptionally delicious brisket buffet with all the fixings.
* The Chapter guest for the dinner and the regular meeting on Saturday, August 13, 2016 was MOAA Director, Member Products and Services, Col. Cheri Zadlo (pictured).
