NC Council of Chapters 4th Quarter Meeting

* The 2011 4th Quarter meeting of the NC Council of Chapters was held on January 14, 2012 at the Moon Hall Lodge Conference Room, Ft. Bragg, NC.
* Past President COL Vern Pike, USA-Ret., presents incoming Council President, LTC Robert Garman, USA-Ret., with the President's gavel.
* In addition to regularly scheduled briefs, a ceremony for new officer installation was held as COL Fred Black, USA-Ret., completed his two year tenure as President on the Council.

LTC Garman presents COL Black with a bronze eagle upon completion of his term as President.
COL Black's wife, Sylvia, received a floral bouquet in recognition of her support to her spouse during his tenure.
Maj Bill Culler USMC-Ret., and his wife Dee receive a "Heavy Lifting Award" for their more than 14 years service as editors of the Council newsletter.
COL Black pins the Council Presidents pin on LTC Garman...the 35th President to wear the pin!
