The photograph (above right) shows COL Jim Brumit, USA, Ret. receiving his "Past President" pin for service to the NC Council of Chapters from CW4 Jay Garbus, USA, Ret. upon the transfer of leadership at the 4th Quarterly Meeting held - in person for the 1st time in over 2 years - at the Hawthorne Inn and Conference Center in Winston Salem, NC.

Shown (lower right) is COL Brumit affixing the Presidents pin (also displayed in the thumbnail montage) on CW4 Garbus as he assumes the lead for the Council in 2022 - 2023.
